Our licensing enables Brask Haven to offer a wide range of health related and support services. Our services include 24 hours of caring staff in a home-like atmosphere.
- We offer assistance with activities of daily living for seniors who choose not to live in their own homes but do not require nursing home placement
- We provide services to independent, ambulatory residents with walker, wheelchair bound with one person assist
- Residents with minor forgetfulness - residents respond to redirection without aggression

CADI and Elderly Waiver
Our facility is eligible for CADI and EW.
Our care team professionals will perform a complete assessment to determine the level of need and work directly with case managers and social workers on your behalf to ensure all paperwork are complete and approved.
